“Hi Shreenchi Ichha !”

Subhash Lotlikar a versatile and well known personality in Navi Mumbai could dare to start a track of Ganpati Idols for Vashieeties in the year 1979 when Vashi was just a ‘Baby’. Now the name is spread over seven suburbs of Navi Mumbai because of his sincere efforts and prompt service which includes the real art of sculpture. He started this activity with seven idols and reached the high pick of this ‘Vrat’ having approximately 1000 Ganesh devotees because of whom he could have interaction with all cancerns.

“The name is enough” he says as he himself is a hard worker and a committed person. He is the first in Navi Mumbai to start this type of venture. Prominent personalities from various corners of the city is the feature of his love and affection.Vide range of Eco Friendly idols with moderate ‘Dakshina’ is the key of his success. He displays certain sign boards to have awareness of customes in respects of festival. ‘Gurav Hall’ near Vashi Bus depot sector 9, has been recognized as ‘Holy place’ where Subhash Lotlikar and his family members organize the exhibition during the Ganpati festival. Distribution area of his Ganapati idols is not restricted to Navi Mumbai only but also expelled to other countries like Canada,USA,Russia,Dubai and cities like Indore Delhi.

Honorable Shree Ganeshji Naik Minister for State Excise and Non-conventional Energy for Govt. of Maharashtra and Honorable Dr. Sanjivji Naik the MP of Thane constituency and several other politicians including prominent and eminent personalities of the area have visited this exhibition and recorded their compliments. He deals not only with idols but also living and loving art of Lord Ganesh.

Hundreds of people used to grace the exhibition to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesh as he says “Hi Shreenchi Ichha “. Feel free to roam around eye catching Ganesh idols to get inspired as Subhash Lotlikar is with us since 1979, who has become a part and parcel of Ganesh Utsav of this vicinity.

He also narrates running commentary i.e. ‘Ankho Dekha Hall’ on the tenth day of the festival through Drishti Channel. He is also known as compere ans manages various events.
